My sister purchased this and when I had a chest infection gave me the Lypo-spheric vitamin c to take after reading about it's benefits, Normally I would be taking anti biotics to clear it but on this occasion the infection cleared after around 4 days without seeing a Doctor or taking medication.

You do need to take several doses a day for it to work and that makes it a little expensive around £1 per sachet, but well worth it.
